Spring Testing Time

Moulton Middle School students and teachers have been very busy preparing for our spring testing which will begin this month. All of our students are required to take the Alabama Reading and Math Test and the Stanford Achievement Test. Our fifth and seventh grade students will be taking the Alabama Science Test and the Alabama Direct Assessment of Writing.

Please make sure your child is here and on time every day this month so that he or she will not miss any of the review and preparation for these state-mandated tests. It is very important that each child be in attendance during testing. Because of time constraints, it is very difficult for us to make up any of these tests for students who miss them. Please check now to see that your child doesn’t have any morning appointments on testing days.

The dates of each of the state tests are listed below:

Monday, March 22 – ARMT Reading

Tuesday, March 23 – ARMT Math

Monday, March 29 – SAT Reading

Tuesday, March 30 – SAT Math
Wednesday, March 31 – OLSAT

(5th and 7th grades only)

Monday, April 5 – Alabama Direct Assessment of Writing

Tuesday, April 6 – Alabama Science Assessment
